Benefits of RockyBrook Sinkers

“More than just a sinker!”

Easy to Use!

Simple to attach, adjust and remove! Stay in place or slide along your line whichever best fits your rig. Since RBS are not pinched on your line they can be used over and over again.

Fewer Snags!

RBS are less dense than other sinkers. This means they’re a little bit larger for the same weight. It’s the density, hardness, and unique shape that makes RBS hard to snag. Instead of falling into every crevice RBS have a natural lift; this helps them tumble along a rocky bottom or skip along a sandy bed. When snagged, the hardness and unique shapes keep them from getting wedged in as tight. Don’t give up, work the snag and you’ll be surprised how many times it comes loose.

Action & Suspension!

Talk about finesse! The specific density and unique shapes make RBS move and flutter, which adds natural action to your bait or lure. Just a small difference in presentation is sometimes all it takes to trigger a reaction strike.

Loud Rattle!

RBS make a great natural click hitting against bedrock and rip rap. You can attract fish by using 2 sinkers together or by letting 1 sinker bounce off the rocky bottom. Vibrations sent from the rattle imitate fish moving in the area, acting as a “dinner bell” for hungry fish. Good sound is a key to attracting fish, especially bass. Tap two RBS together and listen to the sound!

Odorless & Invisible!

By looking natural, being odorless and not having any residue, RBS won’t spook fish by competing with or distracting from your bait. The sinkers naturally blend in with surroundings making them invisible to fish. How many can you count?

Soak your Sinkers!

Where allowed; soak your sinkers with an attractant. RBS can hold some scents. Marinating your sinkers with your favorite scent can complement your bait and help attract fish.

BONUS! Safe!

All anglers care about the outdoors. It's where we spend our time. Bottom line, RBS are safe for people, wildlife and environment. No need for warning labels on RockyBrook Sinkers.

BONUS! Made of Limestone!

It’s not rocket science… It’s rock science! Limestone has the ability to raise pH and produce alkalinity, which helps neutralize acidity in water. RBS are the perfect size and density to roll with the stream's bed load. As the sinker tumbles along the bedrock, mutual abrasion constantly removes iron oxides that would form on their surface; which maintains the limestone as an effective neutralizer. Millions of dollars are spent on nationally recognized programs to add limestone to fisheries in order to restore and improve water quality.
